Garden Fresh was born from a simple belief: that the best food starts with the best relationships. In 2016, founders Leila and Tom left careers in hospitality to build something grounded — a restaurant that could look you in the eye and tell you exactly where your meal came from.
Today we work with 12 farm partners across England and Wales. Our head chef writes the menu around what arrives each morning, not the other way around. That's the Garden Fresh promise.
