Street Bold started as a single cart on Brick Lane in 1971. Ray Okafor — chef, hustler, legend — served 400 people on opening night with nothing but a gas burner and a sauce that still hasn't been replicated.
Five decades later, Street Bold runs 8 locations across London with the same recipes, the same relentless heat, and zero compromise on flavour. Every ingredient is sourced fresh daily. Every sauce is made in-house. No shortcuts. Not once.
